Our staff includes certified teachers, college graduates, and college students with experience working with children. All staff and volunteers are required to pass Level 2 background checks and fingerprinting.
In addition, staff members receive training on camp policies, supervision, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and structured environment for all campers. Many of our staff return each summer, providing consistency and familiarity for our campers.
We maintain a maximum ratio of 10 to 1, often lower with additional staff support.
Yes, staff members are CPR certified and trained to respond to emergencies. Camper safety is our top priority at all times.
Staff are typically 18 years or older.
