Volunteering at Wise Choice Summer Camp is a great opportunity for students to gain responsibility, develop leadership skills, and be part of a fun and active summer environment.

Volunteers assist with daily activities, including outdoor games, arts and crafts, and general camp support, while gaining valuable real-world experience.

Requirements

• Must be at least 15 years old

• Must be currently enrolled in high school

• Must complete a Level 2 background screening and fingerprinting (approximately $75)

• Background checks are valid for up to 5 years and must be completed prior to the start of camp

Please note that some private schools may not accept volunteer hours from our program, as we are a for-profit organization. We recommend confirming with your school in advance.

Commitment and Fees

Volunteers are required to commit to a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks.

A $25 weekly volunteer fee is required and must be paid before camp begins. This fee helps cover participation in camp activities, including field trips, swimming, and other events.

All volunteer fees are non-refundable.

Training and Selection

All volunteers must attend a required training session prior to the start of camp.

Due to limited availability, not all applicants will be accepted. Only candidates who complete the application form will be considered.
