Field Trips
Field trips are an important part of the summer and we offer the best field trips to keep all campers entertained. Every Wednesday is field trip day at Wise Choice Summer Camp. All campers must attend field trips because we do not leave anyone behind at camp. Please make sure to drop off campers early on field trip days.
Wise Choice Summer Camp avoids doing outdoor field trips for our younger campers (5-8 yrs old) or field trips that we feel have too many unknown variables. Our number one priority is the safety of all campers and staff every summer. In the past, bad weather has forced us to change field trips at the last minute. This makes it difficult because field trips are scheduled months in advance. Most of our field trips are indoors with a limited amount of entry and exit points. This makes it easier for us to ensure that all children are safe and taken care of accordingly.
