Frequently Asked Questions

What are camp hours and what happens during early and after care?

Early Care runs from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, Camp runs from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, and After Care runs from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

During early and after care, campers participate in supervised, informal activities such as games, social time, and occasional movies. Electronic devices are allowed during these times.

How much physical activity do campers get each day?

Campers participate in a variety of physical activities each day, including outdoor games, team sports, and group activities. We balance active play with structured programs to keep campers engaged and energized.

How are mini-electives chosen?

Mini electives are selected by campers in the morning on the days they are offered, typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Electives rotate throughout the week and are not all offered every day.

Each activity has limited space. Once an elective reaches capacity, campers select from the remaining options. Selection order rotates to ensure fairness for all campers.

When will parents receive schedules and important camp information?

Camp information is typically available by the first week of May through the parent portal. Some activities and field trips may be subject to change.
